(1) Design, Fabrication & Manufacturing of Steel Components

At ZES, we undertake the manufacturing and fabrication of quality and premium steel components to be assembled and formed into structures. With state of the art cutting, drilling, welding, and bending machines, we are well equipped at handling all kinds of heavy, medium, and light structural fabrication of mild and stainless steel components.
Employing the latest line of CAD/CAM/CAE in sync with CNC machinery on the floor, we at ZES have taken the production quality standards up by a notch. We come with the experience of having provided structures for top names across several industries. We have experience in fabricating and assembling beams (boxes and H/I shaped), ducts, rolled sections such as ISA 40x40 to ISA 200x200, ISMC 75 to ISMC 400 and ISMB100 to ISMB600, WPHB700,WPLB700.
We worked as the approved vendor for fabricating auto welded beams and boxes for Several Companies in India. The beams and boxes were of varying sizes for power plants with capacity of upto 800MW. Apart from box beams we were also tasked with fabrication of H type beams and I type beams. While the box type beams were manufactured from plates and standard rolled sections, the H and I type beams are structural beams made of prime steel plates by profile cutting into sections, assembling and then welding into H and I shapes respectively. We also provided fabrication and assembly services for various types of duct sections viz. rectangular, circular, elbow, bend, transition, and T duct.

(2) Design& Manufacturing Spare Parts.

The performance and safety of your machines not only depends on the world class design and workmanship assured by ZES but also on the parts being used in the assembly line. Even the finest components manufactured need replacement from time to time and to ensure continued impeccable performance of your machines the spare parts should also be of exactly the same quality as the components fitted by us.
To ensure this, we manufacture and procure the replacement parts according to the specifications and standards set by us. Genuine parts enable you to maintain the value of your equipment and extend its life cycle, while enjoying state of the art production levels.

(1) Single - Edge Hammer : Our hammers are made of special high grade alloy steel and then heat treated to have greater wear.

(2) M - Shape Hammer : Hammers are highly balanced which minimizes vibration level of your machine.

(3) Multi - Edge Hammer : Hammers have sharp cutting edges which increases hammer mill capacity.

(4) Screens For Hammer Mill : Tri-angular pitched hole screens have maximum holes per unit area and proper roundness of screen which increase capacity of hammer mill and increase life of screen.

(3) Conveyors
Widely popular in material handling and packaging industries, conveyors are essentially equipment that handle and move materials from one point to another aiding in efficient and faster delivery of heavy loads. We at ZES manufacture a wide variety of conveyors based on client requirements viz. Distance,load capacity, number of pieces per time unit and so on. The two most prominent variants designed by conveyor manufacturers in India are those used for moving bulk materials and others that handle material units.

(4) EOT Cranes
ZES based out of Faridabad, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing EOT cranes specific to your requirement. ZES understands your equipment needs and manufactures it according to international equipment specifications, viz. ISS, DIN, BSS, among others. The customers also benefit from state of the art, in-house machine drawing facility that utilizes the latest version of CAD. Through its sophisticated manufacturing plants in Faridabad, ZES ensures that all of the equipment manufactured is quality controlled. Furthermore, from procurement of materials to buying components, and manufacturing, everything is carried out according to a strict quality plan.
